IN-HOME DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY
When you select In-Home Delivery & Assembly at checkout, you’re signing up for our white glove service. We take care of it all: unpacking, setup and assembly, and putting your new Svago chair exactly where you want it.
IN-HOME DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY SERVICE DETAILS:
Select “In-Home Delivery & Assembly" at checkout for $399 (starting price). Price will vary depending on how many floors are involved with the delivery. Your Svago chair will ship ground freight and be delivered between 7-14 days, unless otherwise communicated. A third-party delivery company will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment once they receive the chair.
Delivery includes two team members bringing your new Svago chair wherever you want it in your home. They will unbox, assemble, and set up your Svago recliner and even remove the trash if you want. Once they’ve completed their work, before you sign to accept delivery, make sure to test out your chair to ensure it’s fully functioning and that you are happy with it’s placement once fully reclined.
Note: Should you return your Svago chair during the 30-day trial period, we will not be able to refund the in home delivery and assembly fee. This added service is performed by a third-party service and is therefore non-refundable.
KEEP THE BOX FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:
Please keep the box and all packaging during the first 30 days after you receive your chair. We cannot accept returns if the product is not in it’s original packaging. See our return policy for more information.
CAN I REQUEST A SPECIFIC DATE AND TIME FOR MY DELIVERY?
We cannot guarantee a specific date and time for delivery. Please plan on 10-14 days for your chair to arrive. For “in-home delivery and assembly”, the delivery service will work with you to set up a day and time.
IS THE CHAIR ALREADY ASSEMBLED UPON ARRIVAL TO MY HOUSE? IS ASSEMBLY EASY?
Your Svago recliner will not come fully assembled, but is very easy to put together and requires no tools. Please see the assembly video here.
