WE SHIP FREE IN THE LOWER 48.
Once the order is placed it normally takes between 48-72 hours before we ship.
(Sorry HI, AK & Puerto Rico shipping can’t be free - boats, borders and icy tundra cost extra)
FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY POLICY: All Svago.com orders that select “curbside delivery” at checkout will ship by ground freight, arriving 7-10 days after the order has been processed, unless otherwise noted. The Svago chair(s) will be dropped off at the customer’s address, boxed and unassembled. Minor, easy product assembly will be required.
Free shipping is only applicable inside of the United States, not including Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Additional charges will apply for these shipments. Additional charges may apply if you are located 50 miles or more from a major metropolitan area, but we will contact you within 48 hours of your order date if this is the case.
Orders with white glove delivery cab takes about 3 weeks for the chair to be delivered
ORDER PROCESSING: Orders placed Monday through Friday will be immediately prepared for shipment. Order preparation takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with shipping information within the 1-3 business days after your order is placed. For orders placed on the weekends we will process them within 1-3 business days starting Monday. For orders placed on holidays or weekends, your order will be prepared on the next business day.
AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after order has been processed*.

ORDER UPDATE: Due to the recent high sales volume selected models will take up to 30 days to arrive, depending on where you're located in relation to our Southern California distribution center, and which chair model you have ordered. Please contact customer service for more details.

2022 COVID-OMICRON, SHIPPING NOTICE
Due to the ongoing impact of Covid-19 Omicron, there may be delays in production, shipping, receiving and logistics. We take the health and wellbeing of our customers, staff and international partners as our top priority. At this time please understand any impact this may have on timeliness of Svago products.

Note: When billing and shipping addresses do not match, it’s our policy to send you a document to verify your address.
How address verification works:
- We will contact you within 48 hours of your order.
- We will send you a document to sign electronically.
- You fill out, sign and return the document.
- Once info is verified we will ship right away.
One more thing, if they are not comfortable signing the form (some customers does not want to), we can give them some optionsbelow.
Such as:
- Change the billing to match shipping address.
- Change the payment method form to Affirm, Papal, Amazon. ( We will refund them the original order, they could place the order again through a different payment method)
We won't ask them to fill out the Docusign form in these cases.

TRACKING: We will email you tracking information within 1-3 business days after your order has been prepared for shipment. What shipping method is used?
Shipping methods vary based on your preferred delivery method. We ship curbside and also provide you with the option of in home delivery and assembly. Learn about our shipping options here. Shipping
Can I request a specific date and time for my delivery?
We cannot guarantee a specific date and time for delivery. Please plan on 10-14 days for your chair to arrive. For “in-home delivery and assembly”, the delivery service will work with you to set up a day and time.
Is the chair already assembled upon arrival to my house? How easy is assembly?
Your Svago recliner will not come fully assembled, but is very easy to put together and requires no tools. Please see the assembly video here.
